Instructor Bio: Jon Neill


Jon specializes in sculpting for the toy industry, museum exhibits, television and feature films, as well as conceptual design, illustration and specialty prop creation for television and feature films. Jon has been freelancing for more than 25 years. Jon has sculpted hundreds of head likenesses for museums exhibits, feature films and action figures, as well as animals for museum exhibits, including the traveling exhibit Dogs: Wolf, Myth, Hero & Friend. Jon's work can be seen in more than 50 movies and television shows, his most recent movie work includes The Hunger Games, Looper, Green Hornet, The Sorcerer's Apprentice, Priest and A Nightmare on Elm Street (2010). His career in movies began with Michael Jackson's Ghosts and The Lost World: Jurassic Park. Jon also teaches two dimensional design fundamentals at Pepperdine University.
