Michael Hampton has been teaching classes related to the figure for close to ten years, focusing on teaching anatomy and figure drawing in a way that is specifically tailored to students entering the fields of animation, illustration, and game art. He has also recently authored a book entitled, "Figure Drawing: Design and Invention", which is being used as a reference for schools and studios alike. Michael graduated Art Center College of Design with Honors, holds an MFA in Painting, and an MA in Art History. He has participated in both gallery and museum shows around the United States.
