1. Pay Remaining Tuition
If you have an outstanding balance, the remainder will be charged to your credit card on file.
If you would like to schedule an exact date for the final payment of the tuition, please

2. Workshop General Information
Minimum workshop attendee requirements:
a) Must be 18 years or older upon the first day of class (only exception to this is the young
scholarship program)
b) Must agree to the terms & conditions of the "Student Enrollment" agreement, sign and
return this to us
c) Must have a reasonable understanding of the English language, as our classes are only
offered in English at this time
d) Must submit artwork (portfolio) to determine skill level
e) Must be physically healthy, as students work and stand 8-12 hours a day often on
concrete studio floors. Students can rest whenever they need to, making use of the
facilities stools if necessary.

Times 8:00am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday*
Note: please be on time to class, constant lateness can be grounds for termination of
your attendance in the rest of the workshop. All payments will not be refundable.

Workshop Daily Pickup
Pickup and drop off is due to the courtesy &
help of volunteers, this is not a service we
provide as part of the workshop and may
not always available.

This is NOT an authorized service that AnatomyTools.com
provides. It is at attendees sole discretion and
risk if they wish to be passengers and accept rides,
from volunteers or other attendees.


Daily pickup is from the Coral Reef Hotel

Meals
Breakfast:

Limited complimentary light breakfast snacks are served every morning
(muffins, breakfast breads, and coffee).

Lunch:
A full hour break will be given each day for lunch. We suggest bringing lunch,
so that you can have the full hour to relax and enjoy your meal. There are places
nearby to purchase food, but take walking / driving and wait times into consideration
when using this option. No late students will be admitted, so arrive back from lunch
on-time and ready to work.

Water:
Stay hydrated, it is a hard working class. There is a water dispenser with
filtered water for cold & hot water.

Dress Code:
Summer:  Please wear comfortable clothing and very comfortable closed toe shoes.
You will be standing for 8-12 hours per day on concrete floors. Temperature during
the day is quite warm.
Winter: Please wear comfortable layered clothing and very comfortable closed toe shoes.
You will be standing for 8-12 hours per day on concrete floors. Temperature at night
and early mornings tends to be quite cold.

Artist Models:
For the human anatomy workshops we will have world class athletes / dancers
for demonstration and to use as your reference.  Everyone is to show respect 
for the Artist Models at all times.

Certificate of Completion:
For those students who wish to receive accreditation or record of completing
the course please ask for a certificate of completion during the workshop from an
ATC office staff member.

Refund policy:
Applicant is entitled to a full refund, minus the $25.00 application fee, if Anatomytools.com:
a) requires a workshop date to change
b) combines two workshops to be held together
c) cancels a workshop
No refund will be given for cancellation by applicant. Those applicants who need to cancel,
although no refund is given, can apply this credit to future workshops or to Anatomytools.com
product purchases. This may not be combined with product specials or discounts.
If you do not qualify for a particular class, any deposit or payments made will be fully refunded
minus the $25.00 application fee.  Although rare, AnatomyTools.com retains the right to substitute
an instructor for any class with an instructor of equal or greater qualifications.

3. Reserve Accommodations
AnatomyTools.com is not connected with any of the listed hotel operators and is only
providing these names and phone numbers as a courtesy to prospective applicants. It is the
responsibility of workshop attendees to provide their own accommodations and to do their
own due diligence in making their selections including cost, safety, security and convenience
proximity to the workshop. On some hotels to get you further discounts we often have pre-
negotiated rates.

5. Purchase Supplies
Please check you have/ purchase the following items prior to the workshop ASAP:
Drawing materials, Armatures, Proportional Calipers, Tools etc, see workshops supplies page >.

Additional Materials
If you see additional tools/materials you would like to use while attending the workshop,
you will be provided with them and will billed at the end of the workshop. For clay, you will
only be billed for what you use on your armature.

6. Digital Students  Students who wish to particiapte in the workshops in a digital medium, are responsible for
supplying their own computer equipment, software, and other equipment / materials for
the course.

7. Michael Hampton Workshop
The Workshop begins with quick sketching and then moves into extended drawing. Students will be
seated in comfortable hard backed chairs. Bring your own sketch book, & sketch-clipboard if desired
and mixed media. Lectures are delivered live, by Instructor Michael Hampton drawing in in both
traditional & digital mediums and displayed to students on a large wall HD screen. Instructors will also
move from student to student during the 2 days instructing one-on-one. World-class Models are on a
raised model stand with spotlighting for full range of lighting properties. Students who wish to take the
class digitally are responsible for their own equipment (laptops or similar portable setups only - no
'Tower' computers).

8. Joe Weatherly & Zoo Day

Meet at the Oakland Zoo, main gate, on Monday May 28th at 9:45am
Students are responsible for getting themselves safely to and from the Oakland Zoo, and for their own
safety, public conduct during the class, and paying any entrance or other zoo fees, taxes etc in order to
gain admission to the premises. Please prepare for weather conditions on the day: we suggest carrying a
portable umbrella, sunscreen, hat and your own packed meals. There are not many eating establishments
