Description: This 5 day workshop is designed to be highly beneficial to surgeons and physicians who wish to expand their aesthetic skills perspective on human beauty and attractiveness. It is designed for those who consider themselves introductory, novice and intermediate artists.  By learning through the tactile process of traditional sculpting, participants will understand proportions and simple mass construction of anatomical forms, then progressively refine those forms into more the complicated and aesthetic flows and rhythms of the body.
Working directly on our proprietary, medically accurate, skeleton armatures, you first learn the correct proportions, shapes of the skeleton and how to recreate them accurately. You are taught exact placement of muscles and most importantly understanding their surface form, function and characteristics 3-dimensionaly. Gaining this awareness and understanding is the ultimate compliment to advance your skill as applied surgical and non-surgical procedures. You will be studying from live World-class models both male and female, and will also have the opportunity to study the differences between the two as there is a whole day on comparative anatomy.

Instructor Dr. Peter dedicates time each year to help other surgeons develop their expertise in creating natural, non-operated looking results, by providing artistic instruction through practical approaches in traditional sculpture. He has taught Doctors and Physicians Nationally & Internationally on the study of the aesthetics of the body and head & neck, through this hands-on tactile training.

“For cosmetic and reconstructive work, there is no better way to enhance your awareness, appreciation and understanding of the human form than applying your medical abilities through sculpture. Art has continually improved and complimented my work as a plastic surgeon, allowing me to constantly see more, and allow a greater capacity to successfully recreate the beauty and form of the human body. It elevates one’s work as an aesthetic surgeon to a higher level.”

Instructor Andrew Cawrse artist, sculptor and Anatomy Expert, is arguably one of the best foundational and aesthetic anatomy instructors worldwide, teaching internationally both beginners to advanced professionals.
